ATOM Mobility lancia un prodotto unico: la micromobility academy

ATOM mobility, la società che aiuta a costruire un business di micromobilità, ha appena lanciato l'ATOM Academy. L'obiettivo è educare le persone disposte ad avviare un'attività in questo campo specifico o a migliorare le operazioni.
«L'idea di ATOM è fornire più di un semplice software. E l'ATOM Academy è un passo avanti verso l'obiettivo. Vogliamo istruire i nostri clienti e fornire loro una comprensione di ciò che è disponibile là fuori e di come tutte queste tecnologie possono aiutarli a essere più efficienti nelle loro attività», afferma Jürgen Sahtel, responsabile dell'ATOM Academy.
Il contenuto si basa su una vasta conoscenza di vari leader del settore e sulle intuizioni di ATOM derivanti dalla gestione della prima attività di condivisione di scooter a Riga, in Lettonia. Inoltre, durante il processo di creazione del programma Academy, ATOM ha intervistato la propria base clienti in modo da ottenere un prezioso feedback su ciò a cui i clienti sarebbero interessati. Tuttavia, l'attenzione si concentra su argomenti che potrebbero far risparmiare tempo e denaro ai clienti in questo settore.
Un aiuto per i principianti, utile in ogni fase
Inizialmente, l'idea era che l'ATOM Academy sarebbe stata di grande aiuto per i clienti ATOM. La maggior parte di loro è in una fase molto precoce: acquista software e hardware dal produttore. Tuttavia, forse non sanno ancora esattamente come gestire questa attività. L'ATOM Academy è lì per aiutarli a capirlo: «Ci sono situazioni in cui persone con una mentalità imprenditoriale visitano una città e vedono degli scooter. Poi tornano nella loro città e decidono che il car sharing dovrebbe essere disponibile anche nella loro piccola comunità. Quindi come possono far sì che ciò accada? Nella maggior parte dei casi, non sanno nulla delle procedure o delle migliori pratiche o di cosa sia effettivamente necessario per trasformare questo scenario in realtà. L'ATOM Academy ha lo scopo di aiutare in questo senso. Quindi, quando arriva un nuovo cliente, può avere un piano da seguire basato sugli standard e sulle conoscenze del settore, nonché sui contatti delle persone che potrebbero esserti utili», afferma Jürgen.
Il contenuto è personalizzato per tutte le fasi delle aziende, comprese quelle più grandi che desiderano espandere le proprie attività in diverse città e paesi. Tutti i contenuti di ATOM Academy sono disponibili in formato video tramite il sito web. Attualmente sono disponibili tre blocchi di contenuti: guida introduttiva, lancio e operazioni, nonché ottimizzazione e crescita. Nel complesso, sono disponibili più di 15 unità con una durata media di 35 minuti, quindi ci vorrebbero alcune settimane o un mese per seguire tutti i corsi ATOM Academy. Si consiglia ai partecipanti di guardare almeno un video ogni due giorni e di prendere appunti. Successivamente, è possibile fissare un incontro con Jürgen in qualsiasi momento per discutere delle domande che sorgono lungo il percorso.

Tutte le lezioni sono sotto forma di conversazioni con i maggiori esperti di micromobilità condivisa. Tutti hanno avviato attività di successo nel settore. Ad esempio, Polina Mikhaylova è co-fondatrice di KNOT, l'azienda che progetta, produce e installa docking station per i servizi di noleggio scooter. Sébastien Marteau è responsabile dello sviluppo aziendale di Fluctuo. L'azienda aggrega più di 200 flotte di mobilità condivisa e fornisce informazioni sulle metriche e sulle tendenze della mobilità condivisa di una città target, consentendo agli operatori di preparare lanci di successo. L'ATOM Academy è gratuita per i clienti esistenti. «Tuttavia, se qualcuno sta seriamente considerando l'idea di avviare un'attività, possiamo offrire la possibilità di esaminare i contenuti di ATOM Academy con un piccolo investimento una tantum, che verrà successivamente detratto dal prezzo del software. Quindi è un investimento oltre che un impegno», spiega Jürgen.

Our previous edition of ATOM Connect brought together professionals from the car sharing and rental industry for focused, high-quality discussions and networking. This year, we are narrowing the focus and dedicating the entire event to one fast-moving segment of the industry: shared micromobility.

Why this matters in practice
